The level of thinking and approach of our scientists should incline to that of Noble laureates instead of thinking like project managers/executors which prevails today. Their scientific temperament shall be nurtured and encouraged from Application to Fundamental work with realizability theory and mathematical POC with Physics as basic domain of analysis. A long way to go and it is possible. People who are inclined for such deep technical and scientific work are not blessed with supportive environment when they are not part of big Government establishments. But surely our scientists have such facility, environment and support from Government. However some challenges exist which can be surpassed with effective process and Innovation management of Ideas without subjecting scientists to cumbersome and bulky processes that are overhead to their initiatives.
