A Journey To Realize SELF (AJTRS)
AJTRS is a NON-Profitable Organization working towards bringing perception of change in People to frame useful goals and plan their Career Path in line with Nation Building. Young talented minds are identified and mentored throughout the nation by motivating them to frame useful goals with practical thinking and ignite their minds to Think, Learn, Experiment, Work, Earn and build useful products and services that add value to themselves, family and society contributing to Nation’s growth.

In order to inculcate this thinking in young minds, an individual mission with a Techno-social focus is initiated in the year 1999 with a mission Think India, Work India, Make In India, Grow India and Build India. From July 14th 2015 it is represented in public domain and as on till date, covering lakhs of kilometers by giving technical talks, interacting with people and youngsters all over India has been a Hercules task. Students with inquisitive thinking with Socio-Scientific temperament are mentored to frame goals in their career in line with its usefulness to the Nation. The travel and journey has been planned and executed to reach far off places from Northeast Mizoram to Bhuj in Gujarat and from Ladakh to Kanyakumari covering all states and union territories with in the Land boundaries of our Nation. The individual mission started by Mr. Srinivas Chamarthy has been formally registered as an Organization with name AJTRS Foundation in 2022 to increase the collective and collaborative effort of all the patriotic people who are interested to build the Nation. The mission, goals, approach and methods of implementation are committed, sincere and rational.
Outcome
1. Execution of this mission over the years is witnessed by many patriotic people, professionals, lecturers, academicians, journalists, social workers, bureaucrats, politicians, entrepreneurs, social thinkers and biking communities and we are grateful for their support at respective levels all these years by analysing the vision and its implementation.
2. As a result of expressing this mission with AICTE in 2018 after doing considerable work, Hon’ble Chairman Prof. Anil Sahasrabuddhe of AICTE and Board members extended support to reach out to students and issued permission to mentor students by giving Technical Talks, Lectures and other technical activities.
3. After expressing the views, plan and objectives of the mission to DRDO scientists and by subsequent thorough discussions, Hon’ble Dr. G Satheesh Reddy and his team of Scientists enabled the mission to impact Start-ups, Students, Entrepreneurs and Lecturers on Defence Research Processes and Technology Development as these technologies can be extended in to many other fields.
4. Both AICTE and DRDO encourage this mission as on date.
